I have recently moved to Middlesex county, and needed a new nail salon (used to go to a salon in Fairlawn, NJ for over 10 years).
This place is not the prettiest (reason for 4 stars), but the staff is friendly and accommodating.
I have visited twice, and both times I was seeing at my appointment time (no wait). Carmen did my nails last, and she did amazing. Cindy has done my pedicure both times, and she has been the nicest.
I am still trying out other services, but so far I am satisfied.
Jessie is amazing! If I show a picture and if she says she can do it, she gets it done!
You get what you pay for. There’s a reason this place is so cheap. Very basic pedicure, no frills. Minimal massage, minimal foot scrubbing. Quick 30 minutes and they’re done.
Awful experience. The nail lady play favorites with customers. I got there at 11:00 am and by 1:00 pm still did not have my nails done. The wait time is way too long. She skip me twice ( got there before the other customers in line) and then try to argue with me when I said that I just wanted to leave at that point . If I could give it 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t go back there .
Terrible customer service!! I would not suggest this place at all! I was told a certain price when I started getting my nails done however the price was literally DOUBLED at the end!!What type of treatment is this?!Then the employees had the audacity to yell in my face and forcefully clipped my nails off without my consent! As the staff of the nail salon, you must ensure that your clients are comfortable and satisfied with their experience but the one I had was quite the opposite!! There is very poor sanitation as well although we are in a pandemic!
